Screen printing is the most common and cost efficient printing technology. This technique is suitable for positioned printing of single or multiple color logos in fixed (pantone) colors. With screen printing it is possible to print a rasterised logo, but it is not possible to print shades, gradients or photoprints. You can print to a max. coverage of 30 to 40% of the surface. For screen printing each color of the artwork has to be separated and made into a film. Each film is transferred onto a screen, enabling to print each color one by one onto the fabric using special ink and a squeegee.

Digital transfer printing turns your ideas into reality in minutes. Your artwork is printed with a digital printer onto a transfer sheet and pressed with heat onto the bags. Perfect for positioned full color artwork or artwork which cannot be screen printed (gradient / shades / photoprint). This type of printing is convenient for short-runs as the digital printing technology does not have any set-up time. Advantage of digital transfer compared to sublimation is that this technique is also possible on any color of bags!

Sublimation printing is a technique that uses heat sensitive inks. These inks turn into gas under the influence of heat and combine with a 100% (recycled) polyester medium. Since the ink becomes part of the structure of the material (molecular level), rather than topical level (such as screen printing or transfer printing) the images on the fabric don’t fade or crack under normal conditions - even after multiple washings. Sublimation can only be done on a white fabric.

Sublimation can be used for single or multiple color prints with an all-over coverage of ink (up to 100% of the surface). In addition it is ideally suitable for photographic images, patterns or artwork including logos with gradients.
